Elizabeth Steele is a Research Assistant at the Neuromuscular Research Laboratory. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Ohio Northern University and is currently a student at Ithaca College working towards a master’s in Exercise Science. Her current research interests are optimizing athletic/tactical training and performance.
